JOB REQUIREMENTS: Details: Job Title: SAP Implementation Project Manager Location: remote w/ travel to Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 Area Code: 262 Pay Rate: Up to \$65.00/hour W2: Contract or Consultant agreement: LLC or 1099 Shift: 1st #SAP #MRP #supplychainjobs *Travel to and from site will be compensated, but priority will be give to local & commutable candidates* Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP/ERP/MRP systems for our automotive manufacturing support operations in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP/ERP/MRP systems, and the automotive industry (not 100% requirement). This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the SAP/ERP/MRP systems. Key Responsibilities: *Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP/ERP/MRP implementation projects, from planning and initiation to execution and closure. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives. *Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance. *Ensure that SAP/ERP/MRP systems are implemented on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements. *Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and prepare detailed project reports. *Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and bottlenecks to maintain project momentum and ensure successful outcomes. *Develop and implement training programs for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the new systems. *Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and contractors involved in the project. *Continuously evaluate and improve project processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: *Bachelor\"s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field. *PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable. *Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP/MRP implementations in the automotive manufacturing industry. *Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP/ERP/MRP projects. *In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) and MRP systems. *Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control. *Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. *Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. *Proficiency...
