Job Title: Process / Set up Technician

Job Description

Perform all required setup activities to ensure the molding process meets the necessary requirements. Document processing changes, adjustments, and any action taken, notifying the quality department for potential re-verification due to process changes. Conduct visual quality checks, monitor press cycle times, and make necessary adjustments to enhance product quality and efficiency. Start up machines and equipment such as Grinders and Dryers, troubleshoot processing concerns, and test machines for safe and efficient operation. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and shop orders to determine setup and sequence of operations. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and adhere to 5S standards, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies, and perform other duties as assigned.
