You’ll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• The primary role of this position will be to support all non-stock purchases for Tools & Automation, Rapid Prototype and Global Test Labs as required.

• Create and receive nonstock purchase orders.

• Support testing supplies for global labs as needed.

• Monitor and report outsource vendor expenditures.

• Communicate with vendors, and monitor deliverables.

• Coordinate lab delivery services, deliver parts as required.

• Schedule department meetings, schedule rooms, capture minutes

• Support Red Line Tours, lunches and dinners as needed.

• Set up and maintain.

• New vendor accounts

• Non-Disclosure agreements

• Vendors contact list

• 6S Coordination, communication, and auditing

• Safety training communication and monitoring

What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• Requires a high school education or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of applied office related experience

• High Proficiency of computer skills and Microsoft Office products

• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skill set required
