Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with a strong background in AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in optimizing infrastructure, compute resources, and data storage. This role involves overseeing the efficient operation of our technical programs, ensuring that all systems work harmoniously to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead and manage technical programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
AI Integration: Utilize AI to enhance planning, efficiency, and optimization of infrastructure, compute resources, and data storage.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Use AI to monitor and optimize the performance of compute resources, ensuring efficient use of energy and resources.
Data Management: Oversee AI-driven data storage solutions, managing hot and cold storage to optimize space and cost.
Machine Optimization: Ensure machines, such as GPUs, are operating at peak efficiency through AI-driven task distribution and utilization predictions.

AI Planning and Efficiency: Ability to use AI to predict infrastructure needs and optimize resource allocation based on data analysis and trends.
Compute Resource Optimization: Expertise in using AI to monitor and suggest improvements for computer performance, ensuring energy-efficient operations.
Data Storage Management: Proficiency in managing data storage with AI, determining optimal data placement for cost and space efficiency.
Experience with AWS
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in program management within a technical environment.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with AI-driven infrastructure planning and optimization.
Familiarity with machine learning models and data management techniques.
Previous experience in a similar role within a tech company.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00
