Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Responsibilities
Assemble heart clips and other medical devices in a clean room environment.
Work on the clip line using microscopes, tweezers, UV lights, and hot boxes.
Perform mechanical assembly on the delivery line.
Build and sub-assemble components using mechanical actions of small parts under microscopes.
Utilize hot boxes and tippers for assembly processes.
Operate automated machines such as the braiding machine and perform tasks like loading and handling heat shrink tubing.
Prepare and clean components for skiving, using microscopes and tweezers.
Perform glue applications and insert cables through SGC soft tip attachments.
Complete final assembly tasks including force gauge measurements, electric screwdriver operations, and final inspections.
Use adhesives, fusing hot boxes, and mechanical hand tools for various assembly lines.
Assist in packaging and shipment preparation.
