Internal Audit Manager – Privacy Responsibilities:
Actively participate in and manage enterprise risk assessment responsibilities for assigned areas to provide updates and inform the audit plan.
Perform complex Privacy focused compliance audits and control design and effectiveness assessments for evolving Privacy regulations and commitments.
Assess controls associated to model management.
Build subject-matter expertise in the evolving Privacy space and stay up-to-date on technological developments.
Develop understanding of innovative privacy solutions like privacy aware infrastructure.
Perform audits including planning, execution, remediation, and post remediation validation.
Deliver progress updates and audit results to Internal Audit management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Integrate with cross-functional internal auditors to ensure alignment on audit work.
Build and promote automation in completion of audit testing and innovate new ways to execute projects to drive continuous improvements in the delivery of internal audits.
Draft risk-based audit reports and recommendations to improve control processes to executive management that clearly present audit results.
Develop cross-functional partnerships across Facebook with privacy, engineering, product and legal stakeholders.
Manage relationships with the Internal Audit co-sourcing partners to ensure cohesive and collaborative execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires 48 months of experience involving the following:
C++, Java, Python, and SQL
Auditing IT General Controls, including Software Change Management (SCM), Access Management, and Technology Operations, including BCP and Disaster Recovery
Auditing security controls, performing penetration testing, and vulnerability scans
Auditing Cloud environment, including infrastructure as code, Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Elastic Compute (EC2), AWS Lambda, and AWS Storage S3
Analytics and visualization using Tableau and Splunk.
Public Compensation:
$250,096/year to $280,720/year + bonus + equity + benefits
