Meta Financial Planning Solutions Lead in Menlo Park, California
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Solutions Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of FP&A business processes, experience in managing FPA transformation initiatives, technical skills to lead workforce planning using Oracle EPM, project management expertise, data foundation and automation skills, and 10+ years of experience in a related field.
Required Skills:
Financial Planning Solutions Lead Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize FP&A system requirements.
Develop and maintain technical expertise in Oracle EPM, Workday, Oracle ERP and other FPA tools.
Provide training and support to end-users on systems and processes.
Manage and execute FP&A transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering and system implementations.
Develop and maintain documentation of FP&A systems and processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the financial planning domain.
Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Design and implement data foundations and automation solutions to improve FP&A processes and systems.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in FP&A systems and processes.
Knowledge of FP&A business processes and systems.
Opex or Capex planning experience for budgeting and forecasting, using Oracle EPM.
Experience managing FP&A transformation initiatives.
Proven experience working independently and as part of a team.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills to lead workforce planning.
Experience working with cross functional teams, partnering closely with engineering and product teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
Experience performing data query and analysis using SQL
Familiarity with EPM scripting, including groovy
Data foundation and automation skills, including experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting dashboards.
Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
Public Compensation:
$151,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
