Meta Consumer Product Marketing Manager, AI in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Consumer Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for our AI creation tools and social experiences. In this role, you will help bring innovative new AI products to billions of people all over the world across our apps and devices including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Reality Labs, and drive complex cross-company initiatives. This role sits on our growing AI Marketing team and spans inbound, go-to-market and outbound product marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving audience and market insights, influencing product strategies, crafting positioning and messaging and leading go-to-market efforts that increase awareness, engagement and adoption. This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely with teams across the company. Required Skills:

Consumer Product Marketing Manager, AI Responsibilities:

  1. Influence and shape product strategies, positioning and narratives through the use of data and insights for target audiences in close collaboration with research, product, comms and policy.

  2. Develop and execute on complex go-to-market strategies including goals, success metrics, asset development and integrated launch planning with cross functional partners across the company

  3. Partner with brand, marketing teams, and channel owners on outbound marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and long term engagement

  4. Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of full-time experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product teams

  2. Experience with consumer GTM strategies based on consumer driven insights

  3. Experience with consumer-facing product launches and consumer campaigns

  4. Internet, technology or generative AI industry experience

  5. Experience working with product, marketing and communications teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally

  6. Experience driving presentations with executives and cross functional teams

  7. Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders

  8. Project management experience

  9. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline

Public Compensation:

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
