Description We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team based in Menlo Park, California. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries. This role is crucial to our operations team and contributes significantly to our finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process credit card reconciliations and invoices, ensuring all entries are up-to-date.

• Submit processed invoices to the online system, which will then be forwarded to the finance team or the appropriate department.

• Create bid packets when purchases exceed a certain limit.

• Organize and maintain accurate financial records.

• Resolve inquiries and provide necessary information when required.

• Work with a high-level accounting system and be able to manage it efficiently.

• Ask necessary questions and seek approvals when needed.

• Be comfortable using various software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.

• Handle account reconciliation and data entry tasks.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure all financial data is accurate. Requirements • Possession of at least 1 year of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or a similar position.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory.

• Must have experience in Billing and Data Entry.

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing is necessary.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.

• Experience using Oracle is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.

• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

• Ability to perform Credit Card Reconciliation is required.
