Insight Global is seeking a Direct hire role for an HR Generalist. This multifaceted position combines recruitment responsibilities with HR generalist duties, requiring a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of the HR landscape. You will be an integral part of the HR team, contributing to the overall success of the organization by attracting top talent and supporting HR initiatives.

Your Day:

75% of your time you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for all salaried roles at organization

25% will be providing support in various HR areas, ensuring the smooth functioning of the companys HR processes at our site.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience full cycle recruiting; high volume or agency staffing recruiting experience required (prefer experience recruiting for a manufacturing environment), or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be present for all shifts on a regular basis thus flexibility is needed for the work schedule.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with HR policies and procedures, and employment laws.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Demonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail. Degree is a plus

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior

Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred

Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking software. null
