We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part-Time Benefits Administrator in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, United States. As a part of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and operating various benefits programs and ensuring they are in line with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure the effectiveness of the benefits provided.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of health, life, disability, and retirement plans

• Manage the company's leave of absence and medical accommodation programs

• Ensure that all benefits programs operate in compliance with federal and state law

• Provide expertise and education to employees and leaders regarding benefit plans

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to align the benefits offered with the company's business objectives

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient benefits administration

• Handle Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting

• Maintain effective communication with all involved parties regarding benefits administration.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Benefits Administrator

• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now software

• Demonstrable experience in handling Leave of Absence

• Comprehensive understanding of Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting

• Proven skills in Benefits Administration

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
