Learning Partner As a Learning Partner, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that support both operations and corporate teams. A significant focus will be placed on leadership and career development, ensuring that employees at all levels are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to advance within the organization. You will also lead training efforts related to ERP and technology implementations, playing a key role in ensuring successful adoption and integration of new systems. Location: Local to MN preferred; open to remote, however, the required travel includes quarterly team meetings and travel to depots as needed. Key Responsibilities: Training Development & Delivery: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of both operations should operations be included and corporate teams, with a strong emphasis on leadership and career development. Create engaging and effective learning materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training guides. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and career development opportunities, crafting training plans that address these areas. Facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences, using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles. ERP & Technology Implementations: Lead training initiatives related to ERP systems and other technology implementations, ensuring that employees are proficient and confident in using new tools. Work closely with IT and project teams to align training materials with technology rollouts and updates. Provide ongoing support and refresher training post-implementation to reinforce learning and address any challenges. Change Management Support: Assist in developing and delivering training programs that support organizational change, with a focus on leadership's role in guiding teams through transitions. Ensure that all training efforts align with broader change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption. Leadership Development: Develop and implement leadership training programs that prepare employees for management and executive roles. Provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders, helping them build the skills necessary to succeed in leadership positions. Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans. Career Development: Support employees in their career growth by creating and delivering training that enhances their skills and prepares them for future opportunities. Partner with managers to create individualized career development plans for their team members, aligning training efforts with career progression goals. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of career development programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making adjustments to improve outcomes. Stay current with industry best practices in leadership development, career growth, training methodologies, and technology implementations. Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing training processes and outcomes. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a training role, with a focus on leadership development, career development, and operations, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven experience with ERP systems and technology implementations, including the development and delivery of related training programs. Strong knowledge of leadership development principles, career growth strategies, and adult learning techniques. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels Proven communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Educa ion, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience with leading ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud) Certification in Training & Development or Leadership Development. Experience in a fast-paced, business-services focused industry. Knowledge of change management methodologies.
