Technical Recruiter

to join the Human Resources team in a direct hire

Responsibilities

Job Creation & Posting:

Craft engaging and detailed job descriptions for a wide range of technical and engineering roles,ensuring they align with team requirements and reflect company culture.

Talent Sourcing:

Utilize a diverse set of platforms such as LinkedIn,GitHub,Stack Overflow,job boards,and other cutting-edge tools to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent.

Screening & Interviewing:

Review resumes,conduct initial phone screenings,and assess candidates skills,experience,and cultural fit with values and team dynamics.

Recruitment Process Management:

Oversee and guide candidates throughout the hiring journey from the first point of contact to offer negotiation and successful onboarding.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Partner with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of technical needs,team culture,and role specifications,ensuring a perfect match for every position.

Applicant Tracking & Reporting:

Manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS),track recruitment metrics,identify trends,and generate insightful reports to enhance decision-making.

Continuous Sourcing:

Proactively build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future roles,ensuring swift access to top talent when opportunities arise.

Competitive Compensation Strategy:

Stay current with industry compensation trends to ensure Nexeo remains competitive in offering attractive salaries,benefits,and total rewards packages.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a seamless,positive experien ce for all candidates,maintaining transparent,timely,and respectful communication at every stage of the recruitment process.

Additional HR Support:

Provide support across other HR functions,including benefits administration,time tracking,and payroll coordination,contributing to the overall employee experience.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources,Business,or a related field preferred.

3-5 years of comprehensive,full cycle recruiting experience,with a focus on sourcing and hiring for technical positions.

Proven expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn,GitHub,Stack Overflow,and other tech-centric social media channels.

Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and cutting-edge recruitment technologies to streamline and enhance the hiring process.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Word,Outlook,PowerPoint).

Excellent communication,interpersonal,and organizational skills,with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities,with a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.

Highly detail-oriented,demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional results.

A solid understanding of technical roles,including software development,engineering,and other technology-driven fields,is highly preferred.

Must be within commuting distance or open to relocation.
