Enterprise Architecture within FTI will set a strategic framework with alignment to business strategy, processes, information, and technology to enable its underlying goals. This role will collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to design and optimize our enterprise systems and applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Must be trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence stakeholders. Skilled at guiding and facilitating stakeholders and peers with decision making. Able to set long-term strategic and short-term tactical approaches based on situation. Able to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architectures. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years overall experience with 2+ years as an Enterprise Application Architect or a similar role with a focus on large scale projects and initiatives. Experience with ERP & PDM software. Master\'s degree desired but not required. Travel: Less than 20% per year Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.
