FAMILY SERVICES OUTPATIENT & PARENT Co-Occurring Therapist in MENASHA, Wisconsin

Family Services\' Counseling Clinic is seeking a full-time licensed Co-Occurring Substance Abuse Disorder Therapist or Co-Occurring Therapist-in-Training to join our team who will serve clients in our Menasha Clinic. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive assessments by collecting all information outlined in the program\'s Biopsychosocial Assessment Form, providing and updating diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessments, developing treatment plans by establishing treatment goals with the client and obtaining client/parent\'s signatures on treatment plan, and implementing treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment plan. Qualified candidates will have a master\'s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or other closely related mental health discipline. Candidates must also have Wisconsin state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or In-Training licensure as well as substance abuse licensure, such as CSAC, SAC, or SAC-IT. Qualified candidates need to be eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare (if applicable) and other third party reimbursement. Licensure must be in good standing and willingness to work some evening hours are required.
