Aerotek is hiring a Site Supervisor for a Project in the downtown Memphis area. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $30 to $33

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cable installation team

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.

• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures.

• Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Assist in planning and execution of cable installation projects.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.

• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Monitor and report on project progress, providing support for issue resolution

• Ensure project is completed on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience

• Low voltage wiring

• bending conduit

• data networks

• 2 years' experience in project management or related role within data network or cable installation
