Description We are in search of a meticulous Payroll Specialist to join our team in MEMPHIS, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll operations, utilizing Ceridian Dayforce to run payroll reports, and maintaining accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Ceridian Dayforce to run and analyze payroll reports.

• Import spreadsheets into Ceridian Dayforce using advanced Excel skills.

• Enter and manage payroll data, including deductions, hourly, and salary information.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.

• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, from data entry to final payment.

• Utilize skills in Ceridian, bi-Monthly Payroll, Certified Payroll, and Benefits Payroll to effectively manage payroll operations.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer any payroll-related inquiries from employees.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to payroll operations and procedures.

• Regularly review and update payroll records as needed. Requirements

Monday - Friday 8-5 100% on site (Memphis, TN)
