Aerotek is hiring a lead facilities technician for a company in the Olive Branch, MS area!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.

• Utilize CMMS to manage repair, maintenance, and installation work.

• Balance routing and preventative maintenance programs.

• Review new space and equipment plans and discuss equipment services needed.

• Develop and implement the preventative maintenance program.

• Interact with clients and oversee contracts when needed.

• Change out lights and ballasts.

• Change out filters and clean coils.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of facility maintenance experience

• EPA Universal Certification

• Must have good customer service skills

Shift

• Monday - Friday from 8a - 4:30p with OT as needed

Pay:

• Up to $32/hr based on experience

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
