Work You Will Do
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Qualifications
Required:
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders, team members, and end-users.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed and clear documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Agile Knowledge: Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to apply them effectively in a project environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues, and propose effective solutions.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using business analysis and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and other relevant software.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and requirements.
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
