Do you have a keen eye to detail, enjoy working with numbers, researching variances, and are a whiz with Excel? Do you enjoy a busy, energetic onsite environment where the work is plentiful? The Financial Cash Applications Excel Specialist role consists of processing a high volume of incoming funds. Your main objective is posting the funds to the company's claim processing system, researching any variances, and ensuring the clients receive their funds within the agreed upon timeframe. The professional who excels may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent employee of this well respected company!

salary: $20 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Utilize Excel extensively to process a high volume of incoming funds to the claim system

• Put to work your advanced excels

• Create Excel formulas and pivot tables

• Filter massive excel workbooks and understand the cause and effect

• Write formulas in Excel

• Post insurance refunds and recoveries into the company's claim system

• Research variances between claim postings and money deposited

• Mail refund checks to clients

• Document the process in the company's internal system

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Excel (2 years of experience is required)

• Excel Pivot Tables (2 years of experience is required)

• Excel VLookups (2 years of experience is required)

• Excel Filter Function (2 years of experience is required)

• Excel Create Formulas (2 years of experience is required)

• 100 percent in office (1 year of experience is required)
