Anywhere Real Estate Escrow Specialist - US Based Remote in Memphis, Tennessee

Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking to hire an Operations Specialist for our joint venture title agencies. We are seeking to hire a dynamic, self-starter who would like to join our growing team and deliver truly exceptional service and commitment to our customers. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, works well under pressure, and wants to be part of and leader of a team.

The Operations Specialist will have responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the operations team to support of the Company’s goals and strategies. Leads decision making on personnel actions. Coordinates efforts among assigned employees responsible for all phases of processing.

Principal Accountabilities:

Provide support to leadership and employees, including answering questions regarding files, helping to balance files, answering recording questions, and overseeing training.

Distribution of daily reporting to team and leadership

Regularly resolve processing issues by maintaining high level of communication and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Assist as point of contact for customer and client related issues – handle problem calls from customers, agents, etc. and provide solutions.

Work with Joint Venture's leadership team to efficiently map processes and systems.

Comply with, and monitor the team for compliance with company policies, procedures and practices

Create and maintain process flows, training manuals and checklists

Initiate IT requests including new product testing and roll out. Conduct trainings on new products and systems.

Ensures the implementation of new processes or changes to current processes based on business changes, industry requirements or client requests.

Facilitated state and underwriter audits

Assist leadership and team with sales/marketing initiatives

Conduct research, analysis and development of ad-hoc projects.

Work with Joint Venture's leadership team to continuously develop ideas and plans to improve processes, employee morale, client relationships and general office issues.

Support team as functional backup when needed

Support all on-boarding, new hire training efforts for the operation.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the job functions, may be substituted.

Minimum of 2-4 years of prior experience required.

5 + years of business management experience in the closing/title/real estate industry. Ideal candidate will possess experience with conducting closings, processing, and/or title curative.

Interpersonal Influencing and relationship building.

Excellent planning and organizational skills. Technical/functional knowledge and skills.

Analysis, sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
