Description Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Central Operations Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform complex data analysis that supports field operations, business planning, policy development, and process improvement. Your insights will directly impact branch operations and contribute to the overall success of our business. Key Responsibilities: Compile and analyze data for leadership scorecards, customer retention, and other critical reports. Conduct process assessments, identify opportunities for quality improvement, and engage in thorough investigations and analyses. Identify gaps in available information and develop strategies to resolve them, adapting to new business requirements and circumstances. Assist with Knowledge Management activities and continuously enhance your understanding of processes and reporting relevant to our operations. Prepare detail oriented reports with clear commentary, highlighting trends and key analyses. Evaluate, recommend, implement, and track system and process improvements. Identify and collaborate with IT to automate processes where possible. Create and maintain reportable metrics using various software tools, providing ongoing insights to the business. Gather feedback from users and implement improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction with operational reporting. Requirements Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant detail oriented certification with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong ambition to achieve goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Deep understanding of data analysis, with the ability to handle complex assignments. Advanced knowledge of the organization’s technologies and practices. Strong analytical skills to evaluate information, identify trends, and provide insightful reports. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and other data analysis tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to all levels of leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
