Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable tasks and billing responsibilities for our operations. The successful candidate will find themselves working in a dynamic environment, managing AP functions for two plants, and handling a variety of accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects related to Accounts Payable, including 3-way match, POs, and non-POs.

• Manage billing processes for our Memphis operations.

• Assist in inventory-related tasks when necessary.

• Leverage SAP and Excel for various accounting processes.

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customer credit applications and records.

• Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate actions as needed. Requirements

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

• 100% in office

• Downtown Memphis
