Your role

As the Sales Director, Commercial HVAC Applied , your mission will be to manage sales and business activities in Portugal and lead outside sales activities ensuring the Applied Sales Plan and objectives are met. You will be responsible for enhancing performance of outside sales team and ensure the achievement of the Plan KPIs (Sales and GM). You will also contribute to the business coordination and represent the company in relevant entities.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Translating the global Sales strategy into the definition and development of local go-to-market strategies

  • Executing and achieving the Sales Applied Plan for Portugal

  • Designing and driving the Sales Initiatives in the country

  • Managing the Sales Team (sales representatives and backoffice)

  • Managing and developing Customer relationship, being the ultimate responsible for the customers portfolio and Sales activities

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for people who are sales driven with a keen eye to identify and hunt business opportunities, and remarkable leadership skills. If this is you, get in touch and apply now!

As a minimum you must have:

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Management roles, preferably in multinational/global companies with matrix structure

  • Sound knowledge of the HVAC market and relevant parties: engineering companies, installers, etc.

  • Proven experience and results in leading sales teams

  • Experience in managing business KPIs

  • Strong focus on results

  • Proactivity in identifying leads and catching business opportunities

  • Fluent Portuguese and English (C1)

  • Valid EU work permit

Although not strictly necessary, a technical education background will be considered a plus.
