As a Prototype Solderer and Wirer, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring components for prototype models in support of new product development. You will work closely with engineers and designers to bring new ideas to life, ensuring that all electronic components are soldered and wired to the highest standards of quality. Qualifications

• Proven experience in soldering and wiring for prototype or electronic assemblies.

• Understanding of electronic components, wiring techniques, and assembly procedures.

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

• Proficient in using standard hand tools, soldering stations, and multimeters.

• Attention to detail and a focus on quality and precision.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in prototype assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Soldering and assembling electronic components onto circuit boards and prototype assemblies according to IPC-610 Standards.

• Wiring and connecting components according to schematic diagrams, blueprints, and engineering specifications.

• Conducting functional testing of assembled prototypes to ensure proper operation.

• Troubleshooting and repairing wiring and soldering issues as needed.

• Working with a variety of hand tools, soldering irons, multimeters, and other equipment for assembly and testing.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
