The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, operating the feeding machine, measuring products to be cut/trimmed, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Pick up materials and place in the Feeding machine.

• Measure products and enter into the system to ensure proper dimensions.

• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to ensure functionality and safety.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of all products within the warehouse.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock audits to maintain accuracy and reduce discrepancies.

• Oversee receiving, sorting, and stocking of goods, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.

• Ensure all orders are accurate and prepared for shipment on time.

• Maintain quality control over the products being shipped, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.

• Conduct regular safety audits and address safety concerns promptly.

• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to warehouse operations.

Skills

• Machine Operator (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Measuring (1 year of experience is preferred)
