Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworkingProject Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The Project Administrative Assistant will provide direct professional support to the CEO. This position gives access to learn all areas of the company's operations. This role will work primarily out of the Melville, Long Island office. This role is a great opportunity to learn and grow within Achieve Beyond.
Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO with various special projects
Organize and respond to CEO's emails and voicemails.
Extensive calendar management
Reconcile executive credit card statements monthly
Manage vacation/paid time off or other time requests for direct reports to the CEO
Maintain confidentiality of all company and personnel matters
Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and stay on top of all logistics
Coordination of meetings including agenda preparation, ordering food, and travel arrangements
Follow-ups on pending assignments with the management team
Maintain Executive office in order and supplies stocked
Responsible for ordering of all company promotional materials
Must be flexible to new tasks as needed

Education or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage change
Experience supporting Management or Managerial Experience
Must be resilient
Ability to multitask, problem solve, prioritize and use time efficiently
Computer savvy and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to adapt to a changing environment or unexpected events
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Positive attitude, high energy, and confident personality
Access to a car is required
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail

Physical Requirements:
Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the workday working on a computer/electronic device.
The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation: Full-time hourly non-exempt $24-26 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm must be willing to work overtime as needed. The typical work week 4 days in the Melville office and 1 day Friday working from home after training ends.
