We are hiring for an Assistant Production Manager in Brentwood. We are a textile manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality fabrics for various industries. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Monitor production processes and workflows to maintain efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement best practices and process improvements.

• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports, analyzing data to inform decision-making.

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control, supply chain, and logistics) to ensure seamless operations.

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.

• Participate in inventory management, ensuring materials are available for production as needed.

• Support the implementation of sustainable practices within the production process.
