Hiring HVAC Mobile Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who is experienced in using hand and power tools, reading blueprints and schematics, and has a strong mechanical aptitude to work on rail cars for their HVAC units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and assembly tasks, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and assembly tasks using hand and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Use wrenches, drills, and other tools to complete mechanical tasks
Wash and clean equipment as needed
Travel to various locations, including Coney Island, Jamaica Queens, and Yonkers NY, to work on rail cars for their HVAC units.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
Essential Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly tasks
Proficiency working with HVAC units
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Willingness to learn and be trained
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to travel to various locations as required
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Work Environment
You will work an 8 AM - 4:30 PM shift, alongside 5-10 other employees in the production department. You will receive full training on company processes and expectations. Tools will be provided, and you will be reimbursed for travel in your own car.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
