Description

This role supports is part of the Function Finance Business Partner team supporting the Global OneSource organization.

• Lead the financial component of the OneSource customer intake process including expansion of existing scope and new scope of OneSource services

• Partner with the OSLT and customers and utilize the OneSource Global Rate Card to ensure proper funding is identified, available, and incorporated / transferred to the OneSource budget in support of new service delivery

• Own the Global OneSource Rate Card governing the financial modeling across all OneSource resource solutions (including internal share service centers and external third-party provider support) and resulting in the cost allocations for new or expanded OneSource customer service offerings.

• Support cost allocations for service offerings; partner with corresponding customers’ Finance Business Partners in developing, communicating, and aligning on customer cost allocations and impact to plans and financial targets

• Manage the internal allocation / rebilling processes of OneSource expenses to internal customers across all brands, functions and regions for annual plan and actual usage with related analytic support

• Partner with OneSource Service Management team to ensure Rate Card is aligned with evolving suite of delivery services

• Oversee financial components of 3rd Party Provider relationship including budgeting and procurement processes and partner with OneSource Service Management team in managing overall relationship from financial perspective

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes ensuring proper controls and realization of efficiencies

• Liaison with internal and external auditors on periodic audits, as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus but not required

• 5 years of experience

• Experience in fast moving consumer products industry.

• Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, identify and resolve and perform value added FP&A functions.

• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to work independently and in groups.

• Has experience using the following systems, SAP, CPM and Excel

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
