The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, contributing to the successful manufacturing of products. This position involves a variety of tasks including machine setup, operation, maintenance, and ensuring quality control throughout the operation process. If you have experience operating any type of machinery, we want to hear from you! Our client operates a wide range of equipment, including CNC machines, print presses, flexographic machines, and more. salary: $41,600 - $55,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy machinery and equipment.

• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and effective production.

• Operate and monitor machines, adjusting settings as needed to maintain production standards.

• Perform routine operational maintenance on assigned equipment.

• Safely load, unload, and feed materials into machines.

• Handle the preparation and mixing of materials to meet production specifications.

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine components as part of routine maintenance.

• Conduct quality control tests and use QC equipment to ensure product standards are met.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and reporting any hazards or unsafe activities.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team leader or supervisor.
