Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you will provide essential support to daily office operations, assist with administrative functions, manage office supplies, and interact with clients. You will receive training to eventually step into the Office Manager position, where you will oversee office staff, manage budgets, and coordinate office logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, manage office calendars, and prepare documents.

  • Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems to ensure organizational efficiency.

  • Office Organization:

  • Manage office supplies, order inventory, and ensure office maintenance is up to standard.

  • Client Interaction:

  • Greet and direct clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

  • Light Bookkeeping:

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and financial record keeping.

  • Training & Development:

  • Engage in ongoing training to transition into the Office Manager role, including learning about budget management, office operations, and staff coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.

  • Positive, professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.

  • Preferred:

  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
