FlexStaff is hiring for one of our clients.

The Account Relations Associate Specialist provides promotional expense management for a group of accounts. The day to day management of these accounts consists of creating urgent, time sensitive pricing agreements ensuring correct pricing, validating and issuing promotional credits, managing and reconciling sales budgets/funds. This position communicates daily with sales, sales support, credit and other internal and external entities.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

If you have advanced Excel experience providing sales support, this may be the job for you! The successful candidate will proactively identify credit issues, request supporting documentation, resolve issues and more!

Responsibilities

  • Enter Account Promotional Funds (APF)

  • Track budgets

  • Reconcile sales funds and budgets

  • Validate claims

  • Research and resolve chargebacks

  • Meet with Sales, Product, and Credit groups

  • Communicate with our Dealers/Partners, and internal sales team

  • Issue credits

  • Manage all aspects of the assigned accounts

  • College degree in Finance and acct preferred

  • Requires strong excel skills - proficient in pivot tables and look ups

  • Must be analytical and extremely detailed with excellent follow up skills and problem solving skills

  • Ability to multi tasks and adapt to change

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with all levels of employees and managers

Qualifications

  • Typically requires general education and/or vocational training plus 1-2 years of related experience (i.e. sales assistant, claims account support).

  • College degree in finance or accounting is highly preferred.

  • Requires strong excel skills - proficiency in pivot tables, formulas and V-look ups.

  • Must be analytical and extremely detailed with excellent follow up and problem solving skills

  • Keen sense of initiative and positive attitude

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change with attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with all levels of employees and managers

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $27.2-$27.2/hour
