Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the Real Estate & Property industry. This position is based in Melrose, Massachusetts, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with managing various aspects related to property administration, including customer interactions, record-keeping, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required

• Manage accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Oversee the use of Accounting Software Systems and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Implement and maintain an efficient Management System

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial operations

• Handle billing functions, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately

• Participate in budget processes, ensuring all financial plans align with company goals. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is necessary.

• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system is a plus.

• Ability to work with various Management Systems.

• Understanding of basic Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.

• Capability to handle multiple Billing Functions.
