Job Summary:

THE TEAM

The Commercial team are responsible for generating commercial revenue streams for the Ticketmaster business throughout Australia and New Zealand, via both B2B and B2C channels.

THE JOB

The Commercial Manager-Revenue & Products is responsible for growth initiatives related to non-ticket sales including and not limited to advertising & sponsorship, ancillary and new commercial products and opportunities. Heavily focussed on building upon our successful suite of B2B and B2C offerings, while exploring and delivering new revenue streams.

This role will also be responsible for developing, growing, and setting the strategic direction for new and existing advertisers and partners and designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns .

In the rapidly growing B2B space, we have been building our tools to cater for our client and partner need s . It is a must to find ways to reach a wider audience, along with staying up-to-date with new product initiatives from across the e-commerce world.

The commercial team is fast paced and requires a well-organised person to stay on top of the exciting and ever-changing workload.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Man age and lead across a portfolio of commercial and ancillary products, protect revenue and innovate in our next phase of growth.

  • Engage internal stakeholders and ticketing clients across our breadth of commercial & ancillary products, with a focus on education and client adoption.

  • Support in identifying , planning and launching new commercial product opportunities and define go-to-market strategy.

  • D ay to day management of Ticketmaster Australia and New Zealand’s key partners & sponsorships, with a focus on client growth and retention .

  • D evelop & support in execut ing advertising campaigns , including optimising, monitoring and reporting to ensure c ampaign and client requirements are met.

  • Pr epare tailored responses to media briefs and present concept to new and existing partners with a focus on expanding our client portfolio .

  • Provide coaching, support and direction to your team to ensure operational and administrative requirements are delivered at a high standard across portfolio of commercial & ancillary products .

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement opportunities to drive growth strategies .

  • Provide reporting on business operations and performance.

  • Develop annual partnership a ccount p lans to review current partnership s and identify strategic growth opportunities based on their needs and objectives .

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create and execute campaigns utilising key partner channels to maximise tickets sales.

  • Grow commercial revenue aligned with the company OKR’s.

  • Oversee i nvoicing and ensure accurate month end settlements are submitted to Finance each month .

    WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)

  • E xperience in an ecommerce business responsible for revenue budgets .

  • Experience in managing a diverse range of commercial client portfolios .

  • A n understanding of key concepts, products and processes of the digital media landscape and reporting metrics .

  • E xperience with HTML and eCommerce products such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics is preferred.

  • Goal focussed and driven to meet KPI’s around ancillary revenue.

  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills and the proven ability to interact with a broad range of partner senior staff, technical specialists and other industry stakeholders.

  • A demonstrated understanding of sponsorship and partnership development with a proven track record in service delivery, especially in relation to a range of large national and international brands.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with excellent presenting and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel.

  • Technology savvy and fluent.
