Job Description:
Enterprise Corporate-level role manages the Education Assistance Program including program communication, training, marketing and vendor relationship management. This role is also the primary lead for career development related programs and tools including managing the annual career development week. As part of the Talent and Inclusion Organization (TIO), and reporting into the Director of Performance & Learning, this role helps to shape talent and learning strategies for the L3Harris enterprise!
Essential Functions:
Manage third-party education assistance administrator including system set-up, on-going process improvements, annual invoicing, and contract administration.
Ownership of the internal education assistance policy and procedure including: program marketing, training and communication; resolution of escalated questions or issues; managing L3Harris university partnerships; graduate recognition and annual program metrics.
Ownership of enterprise-level career development tools and resources.
Program management of annual career development week that includes: creating annual theme, coordinating speakers and event content; leading an enterprise event team to create marketing materials and event registration site, plan and produce virtual events during the event week; track and report on event metrics.
Represent the learning and performance team on the TIO communications council.
Support HR development programs and resources.
Ownership of third-party HR research tools including; contract management, marketing and on-boarding, license management and utilization reporting.
Functional learning support, content development and LMS administration as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong project management skills, concurrently managing multiple projects
Experience with learning management administration tools, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
Course design using Articulate or other design software
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington State and New York State is $84,000-$156,000 For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area and New York City, the salary range for this role is $96,500-$179,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
