We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our VIC - ISPT Property Management team managing a precinct of 3 CBD premium office assets.

Working within a Global Company, you'll join an established team with a great culture and work ethic, putting the client first in every interaction.

Here’s what you will focus on;

• Working alongside the General Manager in the overall performance of the property management and building services operations

• Driving ESG initiatives within the precinct

• Oversee retail management, car park management and assist leasing teams

• Monitor financial transactions and prepare detailed monthly reports to the client.

• Demonstrated ability to prepare and implement operating budgets

• Assisting with capital expenditure planning and implementation of projects

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

Here's what you'll need to succeed;

• Previous experience in a commercial role in Property Management

• A capacity to manage client expectations with an ability to manage multiple projects and work to strict deadlines.

• Sound financial acumen with an understanding of cash and accrual accounting/financial reporting

• A proactive, approachable and professional demeanour with a high level of attention to detail

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships

• Certificate of Registration and thorough knowledge of the property industry and local market.
