Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual who embodies a proactive "can-do" attitude and is passionate about developing others. The goal of the role is to elevate the knowledge and competencies of our teams, enhancing both customer and employee experiences. The ideal candidate must excel in clear communication and possess a diverse range of training methods and techniques. A background in customer service or equivalent, coupled with a broad understanding of freight forwarding, is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, excels in both independent and team settings, and is eager to make a positive impact.

Your Responsibilities

You will focus on supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence by upscaling the knowledge + competencies of our teams through exceptional instructional methods, training, along with coaching + skills development. You will drive productivity organically + ensure the organization is always fully equipped for success.

  • To provide operationalsystems + general business field training to new users with effective trainingtechniques + high quality documentation. This includes conducting onlinetraining + live training.

  • To ensure that all trainingis accurately recorded in the company's Learning Management System (LMS).

  • To monitor + report thecompleteness of training for both hard + soft skill competencies.

  • To research methods + techniquesin workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry+ the competition.

  • To administer assessments todetermine the effectiveness of training strategies.

  • To create high qualitytraining material as per KN standards using available digitalplatforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company.

  • To develop training concepts+ learning paths for teams + individuals.

  • To drive productivityorganically through upscaling the knowledge + competencies of the organization.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in conducting training sessions both on-site and remotely.

  • Proven experience in managing and supervising teams.

  • Preferably familiarity with import/export, warehouse, and transport operations.

  • Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.

  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
