Your Role

We are looking for a driven and motivated Export Operators to join our National Sea Logistics team. We are the global number 1 in Sea Logistics and have a great team looking after our Export customers. Your days will vary from performing operational tasks to general customer service queries.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating shipment details in our internal system

• Organising transport based on the customer promise

• Monitoring operational performance

• Reviewing shipping instructions from customers

• Arranging shipping line bookings

• Strengthening the operational relationships with our customers and suppliers

• Resolving any complaints #LI-DNI

Your Skills and Experiences

Additionally, you will have:

• Experience in the Sea Logistic industry in Exports

• Strong communication skills, verbally and via email

• A problem solving mindset
