Treasury Wine Estates Personal Assistant - Corporate Finance & Strategy in Melbourne, Australia

About the role

Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer, this role will primarily support the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) & the General Manager of Treasury Business Solutions (TBS).

This position will also provide assistance with key deliverables for the Investor Relations team and ad hoc support for the Corporate Finance & Strategy Leadership Team.

  • Manage the Deputy CFO and GM, TBS diaries including scheduling and negotiating meetings.

  • Prepare and reconcile expense claims for the Deputy CFO and GM, TBS ensuring compliance within policy.

  • Manage ad hoc complex travel arrangements for senior leaders adhering to policy guidelines.

  • Attend meetings, distribute agendas, record action items, and ensure follow-up within set deadlines.

  • Coordinate all Investor Relations events, maintain an annual IR calendar, and ensure all interactions are recorded in the CRM system.

  • Process invoices, create purchase orders, receipt invoices, and manage vendor additions in the JDE and MyContracts system.

  • Organise team events, town halls, offsites, and conferences. Handle team communications, support onboarding, and manage general administrative tasks.

  • Assist with planning cycles, coordinate ad hoc meetings, maintain policy libraries, and provide general administrative support for the CF&S Leadership Team.

About you

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Proven ability to manage confidential information in a discreet and appropriate manner.

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.

  • Strong organisational skills.
