Overview

What you’ll be doing:

As a Performance Account Executive , you'll play a crucial role in supporting day to day campaign management (planning, executing and monitoring digital media campaigns across Search and Social channels) and provide Performance Analysis using analytics tools to track key metrics. From continuously optimising campaigns and contributing to data driven media strategies, you’ll work in close collaboration with talented cross-functional teams on an iconic premium athleisure brand that is well loved in market!

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. You’ll work primarily across paid search and paid social, with opportunities to expand your skillset and learn offline channels, including OOH and TV. Importantly, you’ll be supported by a brilliant and kind team who love what they do and who work in strong partnership with their clients as they are empowered with plenty of test and learn opportunities.

What you will do with us:

  • Campaign Execution and Optimization : Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels such as paid social, search, shopping, paid social and programmatic display.

  • Client Communication : Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure campaigns align with their business goals and provide updates on performance.

  • Performance Monitoring : Track and analyse key performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet agreed-upon KPIs and make necessary adjustments.

  • Media Planning : Develop and execute media plans that align with performance objectives and industry trends.

  • Reporting and Presentation : Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings, highlighting campaign performance and insights.

  • Account Growth : Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with senior team members to capitalize on them.

  • Administrative Tasks : Handle day-to-day administration of client accounts, including invoicing, timing plans, and other related tasks. Ensure billing and reconciliation processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in SEM/performance media.

  • Experience and working knowledge of Google paid search platforms (Google Ads, SA360), the Microsoft Advertising platform, as well as key industry SEM tools and key analytics platforms e.g. Google Analytics/GA360.

  • Experience and working knowledge of Paid Social platforms, such as Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - solves problems as they arise, however knows when to escalate issues to help solve problems.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.

  • Strong analytical skill set. Can analyse data and provide compelling insights.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Contributes positively to team meetings and construct well-substantiated performance media strategies.

  • Knowledgeable in digital buying fundamentals and relevant digital tools is ideal.
