HR Administrator

Human Resources Administrator Administrator– ANZ (fixed term contract until end of June 2025).

Unlock an exciting career opportunity as a Human Resources Administrator, playing a key role as the go-to contact for HR inquiries across Australia & New Zealand. If you are early in your HR career journey and are looking to learn the foundations of HR by supporting our ANZ business and being an integral part of our global HR community, this role is for you.

What are my accountabilities?

  • Proactively monitor, and answer HR enquiries in a timely manner through the HR inbox.

  • Manage all employee lifecycle processes end to end from hire to retire.

  • Triage high level issues to the appropriate HR team member as necessary (i.e HR coordinator, HR advisor, BP…)

  • Prepare Employee Contracts, Contract Variations and complete the related actions associated with each process.

  • Accurately maintain HR records (including staff personnel files and Workday) ensuring data integrity is maintained within our records and systems.

  • Support effective payroll administration.

  • Support and participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.

About you :

  • Working towards you’re your tertiary qualifications in Human Resource or a related field and or previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.

  • Proficient in effective use of MS Office suite.

  • Experience in HR administration is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and in an ever-changing environment.

  • Have an agile and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Desire to develop your experience in human resources and build your career.
