Join the world's largest family of luxury hotels as a Food & Beverage Manager at InterContinental® Melbourne the Rialto, located on iconic Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD. We are seeking an experienced F&B leader and passionate foodie with an entrepreneurial flair to reposition our F&B department. At the heart and soul of any hotel is its food and beverage service, and we need someone with a big heart and lots of soul to lead the way. We pride ourselves on creating sophisticated, memorable experiences for our guests and are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to craft menus that align with our brand and budget and most of all to what will delight our guests.

• Develop competitive pricing strategies.

• Ensure seamless operations by working closely with other departments.

• Manage and mentor the F&B team, setting performance and development goals.

• Control budgets and expenses, focusing on food, beverage, and labour costs.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

What We Need from You:

• 3+ years of management experience in a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for team development.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• Full working rights in Australia.
