Position Summary:

As an Engineer III, Field Service, you 'll have the outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact in the world by playing a pivotal role in supporting the launch and ongoing success of a groundbreaking new system that aims to revolutionise diagnosis and monitoring for patients with multiple myeloma and other monoclonal gammopathies. This role is remote, based in Melbourne but includes an interstate travel element.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct flawless installation, maintenance, and repair of our leading-edge in vitro diagnostic instruments.

  • Determine root cause and resolve complex technical issues related to field service and support activities.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement customer-focused solutions.

  • Compete in a fast-paced environment to exceed customer expectations.

  • Provide world-class customer service and support to enable our laboratory customers to improve patient outcomes.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field service, or field applications in the scientific instrumentation industry.

  • Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.

  • Strong motivation to consistently learn and enhance skills.

  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and company policies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
