Treasury Wine Estates Consumer Relations Representative in Melbourne, Australia

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Reporting to the Consumer Relations Team Leader they will deliver an excellent consumer experience to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Correspond with consumers, actioning and resolving all queries and complaints in an efficient, effective timely manner

  • Record all consumer contacts in the relevant Consumer Relations systems

  • Initiate collection of product/s from consumers and respond as per the documented procedures

  • Work on expired and failed credit card campaigns, ensuring all wine subscription information is correct and up to date

  • Proactive communication with the business stakeholders regarding the management of product and promotion feedback

About you

We are searching for individuals with excellent time management and communication skills. Ideally, you will have experience in a corporate work environment; dealing with multiple stakeholders, prioritising workload, whilst delivering in a dynamic and fast-paced role.

  • Desirable experience in conflict resolution in relation to complaint handling

  • Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office

  • High level of interpersonal, grammar and communication skills

  • Confident working across different systems and platforms and the ability to context switch

  • Work effectively under pressure
