    Broker Administration Support

    Aon has an opportunity for an Insurance Broking Administrator to work closely with our Senior Brokers to complete various insurance client service support tasks, including processing of insurance policy renewals.

    If you have experience in general insurance, Health and Community Services, Global and Corporate or Trade Credit, a passion for client service and an interest in developing your insurance career through ongoing learning and progression opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and our Aon office.

    What the day will look like

    Supporting multiple Senior Brokers, your day will be busy with administration processing and client servicing responsibilities.

    This role will give you exposure to a varied client portfolio, allowing you to enhance your Insurance Broking skills and experience with a global insurance firm that offers careers progression.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to our Senior Brokers for client insurance policies and needs

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs

  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports

  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner

  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other Insurance Broking duties

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers

  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

    The key to your success will be your strong administration skills, time management, attention to detail and customer service focus.

    Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:

  • Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)

  • Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)

  • Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)

  • Tier 1 - Insurance Broking qualification (highly regarded) or willingness to achieve this qualification

  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Competent with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
