Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Facilities & Maintenance Manager will supervise and direct a team who maintains machinery and the buildings and grounds of multiple industrial locations. The manager will also oversee the organization's afterhours security guards.

Qualifications

  • Maintenance/Facilities Management

  • Maintenance troubleshooting

  • Environmental Reporting

  • Wastewater Treatment

  • 7-10+ years of maintenance management/supervisory experience

  • 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

1st Shift M-Th 6am-4:30pm. There is an expectation of afterhours availability for any urgent maintenance or security matters that might arise.
