Daily Workflow: Assemble prefabricated metal panels, trusses, and components to create structures. Follow detailed assembly plans and instructions to ensure proper alignment and secure fittings. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for assembly, including cranes, power tools, and hand tools as appropriate. Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on time and within safety guidelines. Perform routine checks for quality control and safety compliance during the assembly process. We\'re Seeking: Individuals with any level of experience in prefab metal building erection are encouraged to apply. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of safety protocols in construction environments is a plus. Willingness to learn and follow detailed assembly procedures. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
