We are seeking an experienced Soldering Technician to join our defense manufacturing team. This role involves precision soldering of components used in military defense electronic equipment, ensuring adherence to strict military standards. The ideal candidate will possess advanced soldering skills, familiarity with military specifications, and a strong commitment to quality and reliability. salary: $20 - $22 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components for defense equipment, including circuit boards and wiring.

• Adhere to MIL-STD-2000, J-STD-001, or IPC standards for soldering quality in military applications.

• Inspect solder joints and components for quality compliance, utilizing microscopes and measurement tools.

• Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to execute assembly tasks accurately.

• Conduct rework, repairs, and modifications as necessary to meet quality standards.

• Use hand tools, soldering irons, and other precision tools in compliance with safety protocols.
