Your Role: As part of our Operations Center, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our services run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with dispatch teams to assign trips, vehicles, and chauffeurs efficiently.
Supporting our Quality Assurance and Reservation teams by handling reservation calls and inputting data with precision.
Managing various clerical and data entry tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly.
Ensuring all chauffeur paperwork is complete and accurate, confirming all trip details, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills to interact with teams and clients effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with computers and multi-line phone systems.
A commitment to working flexible hours, including weekends, to support our 24/7 operation.
